SUPERINTENDENT - TEA AND RUBBER

Candidate profile

■ Possess a minimum of 10 years planting experience as superintendent of tea and rubber estates, with sound knowledge of field operations.

■ Experience in tea/rubber manufacturing and factory management.

■ A good performance record and work related references are important.

■ Preferably with a diploma in plantation management.

■ Excellent interpersonal relations, team spirit and networking skills will be essential.

■ Working knowledge of Sinhala, English, and the ability to converse in Tamil is important.

■ Age between 35 - 50 years.

 

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT- TEA AND RUBBER

Candidate profile

■ Excellent track record, with a sound knowledge and application of best agricultural practices related to tea/rubber cultivation and manufacture.

■ Sound management and communication skills, with excellent leadership attributes.

■ Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.

■ Age below 35 years.
