Role Overview

Responsible for providing logistical and organizational support in line with operational requirements of all championships. Ensures the smooth flow of support for working teams, committees, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with field teams to identify needs and resolve operational challenges.
  • Coordinate field organizational activities for championships and events.
  • Plan, supply, and follow up on equipment/device requirements for field teams.
  • Receive and distribute purchased materials in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Supervise hospitality services for participants and guests during championships.
  • Assist security and safety teams to maintain participant safety.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
