Job Requirements • Evaluating active market coverage of prospective clients to attract new client while managing existing relationships. • Lead, manage, train and motivate subordinates to achieve Deposit, Lending, Trade and cross-sell targets with a commitment and high degree of professionalism. • Accountable for adherence to the bank's policies as well as CBSL regulatory and compliance framework.

Job Profile • A Minimum of 7 years of banking experience with minimum 3 years as Branch Manager. • Graduate from a recognized University and/or qualification in AIB / CIB / CIM / CIMA from a recognized professional body.

Age • Preferably below 40 years.
